Job summary

FOOM Sdn. Bhd. in Johor Bahru is hiring a junior bartender. No bar experience needed; you will learn the drinks prep system from us and progressively take on more responsibilities as you pass each stage.

Responsibilities include prep, batching, serving behind the bar, maintaining stock, counting deliveries, and a proper close each night. A probation period applies, with overtime paid after 45 hours.

Qualifications

• 21 years old or older.
• Malaysian citizens or permanent residents.
• Willing to work late shifts and nights.

Responsibilities

• Prep and batching before service according to the written spec.
• Service behind the bar alongside the other bartender; some shifts open/close times.
• Keep bar stocked with ice, glassware, garnish and washing; log stock counts and receive deliveries.
• Potential to run the bar on the other bartender's rest day after passing stages.
