Job summary

Tealive Johor Premium Outlet invites a friendly barista to brew tea and coffee, serve drinks to customers, and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

You will handle cash transactions with accuracy, explain all products clearly, upsell when appropriate, and maintain spotless counters and dining areas.

This full-time role requires SPM/O-Level, overtime availability, and a positive team spirit; training is provided to help you grow with Tealive.

Qualifications

• SPM/O-Level qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in F&B with customer-facing duties is a plus.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• To brew tea or coffee and to serve the drinks to customers
• Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.
• Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP
• Manage cash registers and handle daily financial transactions accurately.
• Able to explain all products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils
• Assure the cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas such as countertops.
