Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Junior Executive, Accounts to support the company’s accounting and financial operations in Penang. The role covers full sets of accounts, month-end closing, financial reporting, bank reconciliation, budgeting, taxation, and audit-related matters.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proficient in Microsoft Excel, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent is required.
• Professional qualification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and monthly closing.
• Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare audited reports and tax returns.
• Maintain accounting policies and internal controls.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants and authorities.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness and data integrity of financial data.
• Support company events and sales launches.
• Adhere to quality management system policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
