Zitron Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd is a leading telecom distributor of mobile phones in Malaysia. We are seeking a highly motivated Accounts Assistant to support finance operations and ensure accurate handling of payables, receivables, and reporting.

Responsibilities include issuing cheques and vouchers, generating receipts and notes, filing, data entry, and aging report generation. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance or Accounting required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in related field.
• Good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
• Excellent math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
• Advanced level in MS Excel and knowledge of accounting software.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Accounts Payable - issue cheques & payment vouchers.
• Accounts Receivable - generate Official Receipt, Credit/Debit Notes - Credit reviews.
