Job summary

Tyrestore Sdn Bhd in Puchong, Selangor, is hiring a Finance Assistant to join our team full-time. You will handle daily data entry for receivables, vouchers, reconciliation, and month-end tasks, while ensuring accurate records and timely payments.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 2+ years in Accounts roles will have advantage. Strong numeracy, detail orientation, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with at least 2 years of experience as Accounts Officer/Clerk will have an advantage.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry for accounts receivable
• Prepare payment vouchers, receipts and update payment records
• Reconcile supplier statements and assist with bank entries
• Support monthly bank reconciliation and audit document preparation
• Prepare customer SOA and follow up on outstanding payments
• Maintain physical and digital filing systems for finance documents
• Track SST invoices, utilities, and fixed monthly expenses
• Update customer and supplier master records
• Liaise with vendors on invoice and payment clarifications
