Job summary

HARI FROZEN FOOD SDN.BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented Account Assistant to support daily accounting tasks including AR, AP and GL. You will help maintain accurate records and assist with month-end close. Fresh graduates may apply and on-site work in Kajang, Selangor is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Working knowledge of AR, AP, and GL processes.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions relating to AR, AP, and GL.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices, credit notes and debit notes.
• Monitor outstanding balances and assist with payment follow-ups.
• Process supplier invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.
• Record receipts, payments, expenses and journal entries accurately.
• Perform reconciliations and assist month-end closing and reports.
