Job summary

Jora Malaysia is offering an entry-level role in Penang to learn and gain exposure to basic accounting and administrative tasks. You will manage AP/AR, data entry, invoicing, and support banking activities with guidance from a small, non-bureaucratic team.

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome, as training will be provided. The position runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word (simple functions are sufficient).

Responsibilities

• Handle basic accounting tasks: AP/AR/data entry.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and simple monthly closing.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
