Job summary

DY NEW ENERGY SDN BHD is seeking a Junior Accounts Executive to support daily accounting and finance operations in Negeri Sembilan. You will handle invoice processing, payments, receipts, and journal entries, while helping with month-end closings and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Accounting/Finance with 1–2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in accounting software and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and processing the complete set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Perform daily accounting transactions, including invoice processing, payment entries, receipts, and journal entries.
• Assist in monitoring Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including follow-up on outstanding balances.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records and supporting documents.
