KOMU HOMU DESIGN & BUILD SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Junior Account Executive to support daily accounting tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely processing of transactions in line with policies and standards.

You will handle invoices, payments, data entry, and basic financial reporting while collaborating with the team. Fresh graduates are welcome, and Mandarin proficiency is advantageous for liaising with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Basic to fluent Mandarin proficiency is beneficial for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and data entry.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare basic financial reports and documentation.
• Assist with audits and tax-related documentation.
• Ensure filing and accounting records are properly maintained.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and other duties as assigned by management.
