The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in accounting, with 2–4 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of SST and e-invoicing is a plus, and strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in accounting or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SST and e-invoicing is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Aufgaben

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly management accounts.
• Process invoices, payments, claims and e-invoices.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary when required.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting records.
• Handle other ad hoc finance and admin tasks as assigned.
