Job summary

HR PRO Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our finance team in Bukit Jalil. You will handle invoicing, AR/AP, bank reconciliations, budgets, and monthly management accounts to keep our books accurate.

Ideal candidates have LCCI/ Diploma or Degree in accounting and 1-2 years' experience, Mandarin proficiency, and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proactive, independent workers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• LCCI, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (a must, as you’ll be communicating regularly with HQ).
• Ability to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
