Job summary

JUBIN BMS in Johor Bahru HQ is seeking an Account Executive to manage AR data entry, month-end closing, and monthly management reporting. You will prepare reconciliations for balance sheet items and monitor cash flow to ensure funds are available to meet payment deadlines.

The role requires a degree in accounting/finance or ACCA, 2 years of related experience, and proficiency in Word and Excel. Independent work ability and a fresh graduate welcome are noted in the requirements.

Qualifications

Degree in accounting/finance or ACCA.
2 years of working experience in related fields.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

Accountable to handle AR data entry, month end closing and monthly management report.
Prepare reconciliation for all balance sheet items and control accounts.
Monitor bank balance, cash flow position to ensure sufficient funds to meet payment deadlines.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of companies’ accounts with compliance to governing standards and regulations.
Ensure completeness of documents in accordance with internal guidelines and policy for audit purposes.
To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
