Responsibilities

• Manage accounts using accounting software and prepare monthly financial reports
• Manage cash flow and monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy in reports
• Coordinate with department peers to update records for financial requests and purchase orders
• Coordinate with suppliers for inventory management, including purchasing tasks
• Oversee the overall human resource function of the organization
• Manage the recruitment process in line with business needs
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities for submission of related documents
• Prepare and edit correspondences, reports and presentations
• Communicate and collaborate with sales, pre-sales, post-sales, project managers, distributors, suppliers, partners, principals, logistics, legal teams and third-party outsource companies
