Job summary

Stryker Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Professional to provide effective technical consultative service to customers before, during, and after routine surgical cases. You will ensure customers understand product specifications and usage, manage instrument and implant kits, and support routine surgical procedures.

The role requires nursing or health sciences background, experience in operating theatre support, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing or Health Sciences.
Nursing or Scrubbing and Operation Theatre case support experience.
Good communication skills in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

Provide effective technical consultative service to customers before, during and after routine surgical cases.
Apply product proficiency by ensuring customers comprehend technical specifications and usage instructions of Stryker products.
Case prearrangement and instrument & implant kits monitoring.
Provide inventory management and invoicing to customers and branch operations.
Attend and support routine primary surgical procedures.
Confidently identify and troubleshoot product-related issues related to a customer’s application of a product.
Document every incident regarding product performance issues; assist in preparing reports regarding these product issues according to Company policy and governmental requirements.
