Job summary

Fit Pioneer Resources is seeking a hands-on Civil Engineer for a Johor site role. You will coordinate civil works, liaise with consultants and contractors, review drawings, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality compliance on a major project.

The role requires 4+ years in civil engineering or site management, and willingness to be based at the Johor project site. Accommodation may be provided for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
• 4+ years in civil/structural construction or site management.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian construction practices, standards, and site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise and monitor civil works at the project site.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and site supervisors for smooth execution.
• Review drawings and address technical issues and follow-up actions.
• Monitor progress, workmanship, site safety, and compliance with requirements.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and handover documents.
