Job summary

GAG Auto SDN BHD, located in Cyberjaya, is seeking a capable Job Controller to manage technician labor hours, coordinate with related parties, and oversee workshop capacity. The role requires a Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years in a related field.

You will ensure foreman approval before billing and prepare productivity reports. The position involves executing assignments issued by superiors and maintaining smooth workflow in the workshop.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a relevant field, or SPM/Certificate with at least 5 years of related experience.
• Experience in job controlling/workshop management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage technician labor hours according to flat rate.
• Communicate and coordinate with related parties to ensure job completed as promised.
• Manage workshop flow in terms of capacity and availability.
• Ensure all jobs are approved by foreman before handing over for billing.
• Prepare productivity and efficiency reports (CBJ and VOR).
• Execute and implement any job assignments/instructions from supervisor.
