Qualifications

We are actively hiring Java Application Support & Software Operations Engineers across multiple experience tiers (Senior and Intermediate openings).

If you possess a solid programming foundation, enjoy digging into Java source code to diagnose root causes, and want exposure to large-scale enterprise systems, database performance tuning, and modern AI-assisted operations tooling, this is the right role for you.

What You Will Do

• Code-Level Root Cause Analysis: Read and analyze Java code directly, trace execution flows, and identify software anomalies and logic breakdowns across mainstream frameworks and middleware.
• Database Management & Tuning: Perform SQL optimization, index design, query tuning, and large-scale data management across MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle databases.
• Incident & Fault Management: Conduct comprehensive fault analysis, handle emergency production issues, and rapidly resolve online anomalies to safeguard business continuity.
• Modern Tooling & Automation: Utilize automated deployment pipelines, log analysis platforms, and system monitoring tools to streamline O&M processes.

Who We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field.
• Java Foundation: Familiar with the Java technology framework, object-oriented design patterns, and mainstream middleware, with proven capability to read and analyze Java code.
• Database Proficiency: Hands-on experience with at least one major relational database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle) and strong SQL optimization skills.
• System Operations Exposure: Experience or strong willingness to work in application support, production monitoring, log analysis, and automated deployment.
• Professional Attributes: Strong problem-solving mindset, high sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and rapid learning agility to adapt to business logic and technology iterations.
• Languages: Professional English proficiency for daily business and technical communication. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus for cross-regional collaboration tracks.

Bonus / Advantageous Skills

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted operations tooling or automation scripting.
• Prior experience managing high-throughput databases or distributed application architectures.
