We are seeking a motivated Junior to Mid-Level IT Support to join our global application support team.
This role focuses on ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of both cloud infrastructure and business-critical application systems.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in system operations, incident management, and continuous improvement, while supporting overseas business systems and leveraging cloud-native technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and support of overseas business systems and cloud infrastructure, ensuring stable and reliable service delivery.
Ensure the stable operation of application systems by identifying risks across architecture, monitoring, capacity, and performance, and driving optimization initiatives.
Support system and infrastructure changes, ensuring stability throughout the change lifecycle.
Participate in 7×24 incident management, including monitoring, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution of application and infrastructure issues.
Handle major incidents by performing rapid diagnosis, recovery, root cause analysis, and implementing preventive improvements.
Monitor systems and infrastructure (applications and cloud components), respond to alerts, and manage abnormal events.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement and maintain cloud-native and distributed system solutions.
Manage service quality through incident tracking, reporting, and analysis (e.g., resolution time, satisfaction rate, and recurring issues).
Drive operational efficiency improvements by reducing incident volume and implementing proactive prevention mechanisms.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience in cloud or application operations.
Proficiency in Linux operating systems with hands-on experience in system management and scripting.
Experience with Java application servers such as Tomcat, Nginx, and Apache, with knowledge of troubleshooting.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including services such as Compute Engine, GKE, VPC, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud Storage.
Knowledge of database, including MySQL and MongoDB, with experience in optimization, backup, and recovery.
Familiarity with monitoring systems and the ability to develop or customize monitoring solutions.
Knowledge of ITIL and DevOps practices.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to respond effectively to high-pressure situations.
Professional proficiency in English is required; Mandarin language skills (especially reading and writing) are added advantages.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work in a 24×7 shift rotation environment.
Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., GCP Associate, AWS, or Alibaba Cloud) are a plus.
