Job summary

JAC Recruitment International is seeking an IT/ERP specialist for a manufacturing client in Pasir Gudang, Johor. The role focuses on maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and leading the deployment of a new ERP system across the organization.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in IT/CS/Engineering, with 2-5 years in IT support and ERP in manufacturing, and JLPT N2 or higher to liaise with Japan HQ. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of IT support and ERP experience in manufacturing.
• JLPT N2 or above preferred to communicate with Japan HQ.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support IT infrastructure (servers, networks, PCs, printers).
• Lead ERP deployment across the organization and convert workflows to automated ERP processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for project delivery.
• Perform data migration, testing, user training and go-live activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and ongoing system improvements.
