Job summary

JAC Recruitment International seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Leader to drive the architecture, operations, and digital initiatives for a high-tech manufacturing environment in Senai, Johor. You will own networks, servers, cloud, virtualization, and security while enabling ERP/MES/SCADA support.

The role requires 8+ years in IT infrastructure with at least 3 years in a management capacity, and professional certifications (CCNP/CISSP/CISM, etc.) are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• 8+ years in IT infrastructure and networking with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong experience with Windows/Linux servers, Cisco networking, cloud platforms, virtualization, and security.
• Experience in manufacturing/high-tech environments is highly preferred.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, CISM, VCP, ITIL or PMP are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and data center operations to ensure high system availability and business continuity.
• Oversee enterprise networks, servers, cloud environments, virtualization platforms, and security systems.
• Support manufacturing-related IT systems including ERP, MES, SCADA, and OT connectivity.
• Drive infrastructure upgrades, digitalization projects, vendor management, and technology implementation initiatives.
• Lead and mentor the IT team while ensuring compliance with corporate standards, cybersecurity requirements, and audit regulations.
