Job summary

DXC Technology is a leading IT services company seeking an IT Support professional to assist customers from the Petaling Jaya office. You will resolve hardware and software issues, respond to inquiries, and ensure SLA delivery in a dynamic environment.

Excellent Japanese language skills are required to support Japanese customers. You will work in shifts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support at DXC.

Qualifications

• Any background is encouraged to apply.
• Relevant IT qualification where applicable.
• Preferably IT Support experience, but no experience can be trained by DXC.

Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware and software issues from internal or external customers.
• Respond to service, product, technical, and customer-relations questions.
• Proactively assist to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.
• Evaluate installations or configurations and recommend resolutions.
• Articulate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Engage team members to ensure SLAs are met.
