Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is hiring a Japanese-speaking Customer Support Representative to be placed in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will assist customers in Japanese and English via live chat or email, ensuring high-quality service while staying informed about crypto market fundamentals.

The role requires 2–4 years of customer service experience, a finance/ STEM background, and legal work authorisation in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Native-level Japanese proficiency and strong English fluency.
• 2–4 years of customer service experience, with frontline operations training.
• Experience with financial institutions, fintech, trading, or crypto products is advantageous.
• Analytical background in finance/economics/mathematics or related fields.
• Legal work authorisation in Malaysia.
• Willingness to work 5 days including weekends and public holidays; hybrid onsite/day and night shifts.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers via live chat or email in Japanese and English.
