Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Cyberjaya, Malaysia is seeking a Japanese-speaking Customer Support Representative to assist users in Japanese and English via live chat and email, with hybrid onsite/day shifts and remote night shifts.

The role requires native-level Japanese, strong English, and 2–4 years in customer service, preferably in fintech or crypto platforms. You will understand crypto products, manage inquiries, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Native-level Japanese
• Strong English (written and spoken)
• 2–4 years in customer service, frontline training (Live Chat & Email)
• Experience with fintech, crypto platforms, or crypto products is advantageous
• Background in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or related fields preferred
• Strong numerical acumen and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via live chat or email in Japanese and English.
• Provide efficient, accurate, and high-quality customer service.
• Familiarize with crypto trading platforms, products and market fundamentals.
• Follow up on inquiries or complaints from users and provide solutions.
• Flag discrepancies or risks and communicate with management promptly.
• Suggest improvements to boost team performance and processes.
