Job summary

Japanese Jobs Malaysia is seeking a Japanese-speaking Accounts Receivable to support regional finance operations and report to the Senior Manager, Regional Finance. The role focuses on generating invoices, reconciling billing, maintaining records, monitoring payments, and supporting month-end activities.

The ideal candidate has strong written and spoken Japanese, a degree or diploma in accounting/finance, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Your new role

As a Japanese-speaking Accounts Receivable, you will support regional finance operations and report to the Senior Manager, Regional Finance.

Your responsibilities

• Generating, reviewing and issuing customer invoices
• Reconciling billing discrepancies and processing adjustments
• Maintaining customer billing and payment records
• Monitoring incoming payments and outstanding balances
• Supporting month-end closing and audit activities
• Handling other finance-related duties as required

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong spoken and written Japanese, including reading proficiency
• A Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
