Job summary

Japanese Jobs Malaysia is seeking a Japanese-speaking Accounts Receivable to support regional finance operations and report to the Senior Manager, Regional Finance. The role focuses on generating invoices, reconciling billing, maintaining records, monitoring payments, and supporting month-end activities.

The ideal candidate has strong written and spoken Japanese, a degree or diploma in accounting/finance, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Generate, review and issue customer invoices
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and process adjustments
• Maintain customer billing and payment records
• Monitor incoming payments and outstanding balances
• Support month-end closing and audit activities
• Handle other finance-related duties as required
