Job summary

D&D Dining Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper for our new Japanese Yakiniku restaurant, to deliver consistent quality and presentation in every dish. You will work under guidance from our central kitchen to support smooth operations.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced kitchen staff to join our team.

As the Kitchen Helper, you will play a key role in delivering the quality and presentation that define authentic Japanese yakiniku.

Thanks to the support of our central kitchen, the job is not overly complex - allowing you to focus on consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control: Maintain strict quality standards to ensure excellence in every dish served.

• Health and Safety: Ensure the kitchen maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Compliance: Follow food safety regulations and licensingrequirements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in Japanese cuisine or a similar upscale dining environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
