Job summary

iZeno, part of Logicalis Asia Pacific, seeks an ITSM/Systems Integration Engineer to tailor enterprise ITSM solutions for customers using Freshservice or Jira Service Management. You will implement and maintain ITAM and CMDB discovery with Device42, configure SNMP/WMI/SSH discovery, develop automation scripts in Python and Node.js, and build REST API integrations with enterprise apps.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in ITSM, Systems Integration, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience implementing Freshservice or Jira Service Management.
• Experience with Device42 or similar IT Asset Management/CMDB platforms.
• Understanding of infrastructure discovery technologies (SNMP, WMI, SSH).
• Development experience with Python or Node.js for automation.
• Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure including servers, networks, Windows/Linux.
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
• Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT or related discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize and implement Fresservice or Atlassian Jira Service Management (JSM) solutions for enterprise customers.
• Implement and maintain IT Asset Management (ITAM) and discovery solutions using Device42 or similar enterprise platforms.
• Configure infrastructure discovery, dependency mapping and CMDB population using discovery protocols such as SNMP, WMI and SSH.
• Develop scripts, integrations and workflow automations using Python and Node.js.
• Build REST API integrations between ITSM platforms and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize and support ITSM/ITAM implementations.
• Participate in UAT, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Produce technical documentation, runbooks and implementation guides.

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in ITSM, Systems Integration, Infrastructure Engineering or Software Engineering
• Hands-on experience implementing or configuring Freshservice or Atlassian Jira Service Management (JSM).
• nt (JSM).Experience with Device42 or similar IT Asset Management (ITAM), Discovery or CMDB platforms.
• Understanding of infrastructure discovery technologies including SNMP, WMI, SSH, agent-based and agentless discovery.
• Hands-on development experience using Python or Node.js to build scripts, integrations or automation.
• Good understanding of enterprise infrastructure including servers, networking, virtualization and Windows/Linux environments.
• Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
