Job summary

iZeno, part of Logicalis Asia Pacific, seeks an experienced Cloud Operations Engineer to design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on Elastic Stack, Grafana, Kafka, and IaC with Terraform/Ansible.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure secure, scalable cloud solutions across on‑prem and cloud environments. 3+ years in cloud operations required; bachelor’s degree in CS/IT preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Cloud operations with a track record of setup and maintenance of cloud infrastructure.
• Total IT work experience of 5+ years.
• Systematic approach to operations and maintenance; proficient in Linux and networking.
• Practical expertise in managing large-scale distributed systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Solid understanding of cloud frameworks and services.
• Experience with design and operation of Kafka solutions (Confluent, Kafka, RedHat AMQ, Amazon MKS).
• Familiarity with automation scripting and infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Strong knowledge of Elastic stack for log management and analysis.
• Experience in configuring and managing Grafana.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Continuous learning mindset and ability to adapt to new technologies.

• Document procedures, configurations, and best practices.
• Stay updated with latest cloud technologies and trends.

Requirements:

• With more than 3 years of professional experience in Cloud operations, with a proven track record of setup and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
• And at least 5 years of total IT work experience.
• Demonstrates a systematic approach to operations and maintenance, with proficiency in Linux systems and networking.
• Brings practical expertise in managing and maintaining large-scale distributed systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Solid understanding of cloud frameworks and services
• Proficiency in implementing and configuring cloud services, including virtual machines, containers, serverless functions, networking, and storage.
• Experience with the design and operation of Kafka solutions in either Kafka variant. (Confluent, Kafka, RedHat AMQ Stream, Amazon MKS)
• Familiarity with automation scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Strong knowledge of Elastic stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for log management and analysis.
• Experience in configuring and managing Grafana.
