Job summary

iZeno, part of Logicalis Asia Pacific, seeks an ITSM/Systems Integration Engineer to tailor enterprise ITSM solutions for customers using Freshservice or Jira Service Management. You will implement and maintain ITAM and CMDB discovery with Device42, configure SNMP/WMI/SSH discovery, develop automation scripts in Python and Node.js, and build REST API integrations with enterprise apps.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in ITSM, Systems Integration, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience implementing Freshservice or Jira Service Management.
• Experience with Device42 or similar IT Asset Management/CMDB platforms.
• Understanding of infrastructure discovery technologies (SNMP, WMI, SSH).
• Development experience with Python or Node.js for automation.
• Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure including servers, networks, Windows/Linux.
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
• Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize and implement Freshservice or JSM for enterprise customers.
• Implement ITAM and discovery solutions using Device42 or similar platforms.
• Configure infrastructure discovery and CMDB population via SNMP, WMI, SSH.
• Develop scripts and automation using Python and Node.js.
• Build REST API integrations between ITSM platforms and enterprise apps.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and support ITSM/ITAM deployments; participate in UAT and go-live.
• Produce technical documentation and runbooks.
