Job summary

Jonker Casing Haus is seeking a diploma-qualified IT professional to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure and systems onsite in Malacca City. The role includes providing technical support to employees and installing CCTV systems.

You will configure recording schedules, ensure cameras and recording devices function reliably, handle hardware installations, and work with IT networks. Independent work and teamwork are both important as ad hoc duties may arise.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or electronics required.
• At least 1 year of IT support or systems maintenance experience.
• Experience with CCTV systems preferred.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

• Manage and maintain organization's IT infrastructure and systems.
• Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues.
• Install and set up CCTV systems, including camera placement, cable installation, and configuring recording devices.
• Ensure proper functioning of CCTV cameras and recording equipment through regular system maintenance.
• Configure recording schedules, motion detection, and other system features.
• Handle physical installations and ensure smooth integration with IT networks.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.
