Greatech Integration (M) Sdn Bhd in Batu Kawan/Bayan Lepas, Penang, is seeking a dedicated MIS Executive to join our ICT team. This full-time role supports our information systems infrastructure and ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organisation.

Responsibilities include providing end-user support, monitoring networks and servers, managing user access, and assisting with system implementations and disaster recovery. A Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users, handling IT helpdesk tickets promptly.
• Monitor and maintain company networks, servers, and IT systems for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide effective solutions.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security protocols.
• Install, configure, and update software and operating systems on devices.
• Maintain documentation of IT incidents and configurations.
• Assist with IT projects and system implementations as required.
• Support backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with IT team to improve system efficiency and security.
