Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT support trainee to assist with daily operations, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems, and provide basic internal user support.

The role offers exposure to system installation, configuration, testing, and hands-on projects in AI and digital solutions, with opportunities to grow technical and documentation skills within a team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and software troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of programming languages or databases is an added advantage.
• Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work in a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible working hours; Mandarin-speaking preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
