• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Must be able to commute to KPMG Tower, Bandar Utama.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT operations including user account administration and access management.
• Provide application support and monitor batch jobs.
• Assist project teams during project implementation and SIT.
• Prepare test scripts and maintain documentation.
• Provide regular status updates on activities and issues.
• Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned.
