• Must be able to commute to KPMG Tower, Bandar Utama.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT operations including user account administration and access management.
• Provide application support and monitor batch jobs.
• Assist project teams during project implementation and SIT.
• Prepare test scripts and maintain documentation.
• Provide regular status updates on activities and issues.
• Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

As an IT Support Intern, you will support day-to-day IT operations through user account administration, access management, application support, batch job monitoring, and system testing activities. You will also work closely with project teams by assisting in project implementation, preparing test scripts and documentation, participating in system integration testing, and providing regular status updates. This internship offers valuable hands‑on experience in IT support, system administration, and project delivery within a professional working environment.

How You’ll Make a Difference

Perform user management activities, including security administration and access control.

Assist and support users on application‑related matters.

Assist the Project Manager and project team during project implementation activities.

Assist in preparing test scripts.

Assist in carrying out System Integration Testing (SIT).

Assist in preparing and updating daily, weekly, and monthly status meeting.

Monitor batch job executions and follow up on any issues identified.

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of support documentation.

Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

What You’ll Bring

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fields.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Able to commute to KPMG Tower, Bandar Utama.

Available for a minimum internship period of 4 months, commencing November 2026 onwards.
