Job summary

SKA Technology Sdn Bhd seeks a Head of IT to lead and manage the company’s information technology operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive strategic IT initiatives, ensure high availability of systems, and align IT with business goals.

Responsibilities include overseeing IT infrastructure, security, compliance, vendor management, and digital transformation projects across departments, including ERP/CRM, while developing staff and maintaining SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years IT experience with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, cyber security.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT operations across infrastructure and security.
• Oversee IT support, helpdesk, and staff development.
• Maintain servers, storage, virtualization, networking, cloud services.
• Ensure disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity.
• Manage websites, domains, DNS, SSL, and email platforms.
• Drive digital transformation and governance of IT policies.
• Monitor risk, service levels, and vendor relationships.
