Responsibilities include implementing auto-failover and auto-scaling, defending against web attacks, managing CI/CD for web applications, and diagnosing performance issues in high-throughput systems. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of related AWS and Linux administration experience.
• Experience with web deployments and CI/CD practices.
• MySQL database management: replication, read/write split, clustering.
• Proactive, analytical, and eager to learn new tech.

Manage the deployment process of web applications and ensure adherence to CI/CD practices.

Diagnose and resolve performance & stability issues in high-throughput web applications and network services.

Contribute actively to planning and executing disaster recovery activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the team to enhance the availability, response time, and scalability of server/infrastructures.

• Implement and optimize auto-failover, auto-scaling, and strategies to handle web attacks such as DDOS attacks and penetration attempts.

• Manage the deployment process of web applications and ensure adherence to CI/CD practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience in administration of AWS infrastructures and Linux systems.

• Proficiency in Linux commands and experience with Linux server certifications (e.g., Red Hat Enterprise Linux or Oracle Enterprise Linux) is a plus.

• Experience with deployment and CI/CD practices of web applications.

• Knowledge and experience in managing MySQL database server (replication, read/write splitting, and clustering, offsite backup).

• Curious-minded, proactive, and open to learning new technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
