Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Cloud Executive to keep our systems secure, reliable, and running at their best. You will manage our infrastructure and cloud environments day-to-day, while supporting automation and AI initiatives that are central to how we operate.

This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys practical infrastructure work and wants to grow into more advanced cloud and AI-adjacent responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
• 2–4 years in IT infrastructure, system administration, or cloud operations.
• Experience with Windows/Linux servers and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell, or Bash).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, virtual servers, and networks.
• Perform system monitoring, backups, upgrades, disaster recovery, and cloud optimization.
• Automate routine IT processes using scripting and modern tools.
• Support cloud deployments, AI development environments, containers, and AI workloads.
• Provide advanced infrastructure support and ensure security and compliance.
• Monitor cloud costs and document IT services; collaborate with teams to improve operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, virtual servers, and networks to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing systems.
• Perform system monitoring, backups, upgrades, disaster recovery, and cloud resource optimization.
• Automate routine IT processes using scripting and modern tools.
• Support cloud deployments, AI development environments, container platforms, and AI workloads to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide advanced infrastructure support and maintain security and compliance standards.
• Monitor cloud costs and develop technical documentation, collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve IT services.

Requirements
