Job summary

Nexigold Jewellery Sdn Bhd is hiring an IT Executive to provide daily IT support, maintain systems and networks, and assist with IT projects to ensure smooth business operations.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in IT, 1–2 years of IT support or sysadmin experience, and solid knowledge of Windows OS and networking. English and Malay communication is essential; Mandarin is a plus. This role offers opportunities for professional development and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 1–2 years IT support or system administration experience.
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS, networking and common business applications.
• Familiarity with IT security practices and data protection.
• Good communication in English and Malay; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to staff and troubleshoot issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
• Manage user accounts, email and access control for security.
• Perform system backups, updates and preventive maintenance.
• Support IT projects, system upgrades and software rollouts.
• Document IT processes and train staff on tools.
