Qualifications

• 2–3 years IT support experience (1–2 years for Assistant).
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, and server administration.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, OS, and business applications.
• Assist in managing and maintaining network infrastructure (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches).
• Support server administration, user accounts, email, and file sharing services.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and systems issues promptly.
• Perform system backups, updates, and antivirus maintenance.
• Maintain IT inventory, asset records, and documentation.
• Support ERP, MES, attendance, payroll, and other business systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT maintenance and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity requirements.

Purpose

Responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the company's IT systems, including computer hardware, software, network infrastructure, servers, and IT equipment to ensure smooth business and production operations.
