You will install, configure and support IT hardware and software, manage user accounts, and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure.

The role involves providing daily IT support to staff across multiple channels, troubleshooting tech issues, and supporting IT-related tasks for meetings and registrar systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field required.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Ability to document standard operating procedures clearly.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, deploy and support laptops, desktops, OS, applications and hardware.
• Maintain and manage IT infrastructure for the firm.
• Provide daily IT support to internal users via face-to-face, remote, phone and email.
• Troubleshoot systems, networks, hardware and software issues.
• Prepare computers and conduct IT orientation sessions for new employees.
• Replace faulty hardware components and resolve issues as needed.
• Manage user accounts including creation, modification, deletion and login problems.
• Maintain inventory records for hardware and software and disposals.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty services and onsite support.
• Prepare outdated equipment for secure disposal with data erasure.
• Assist with other IT tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Provide technical and system support for General Meetings, including registration, voting and meeting platform coordination.
• Support share registrar systems and troubleshoot issues during meetings.
