Job summary

LX PANTOS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking an IT Support & Information Security Executive in Shah Alam to maintain IT infrastructure, manage assets and access via Entra ID, and support ISO 27001/TISAX initiatives. The role covers daily tech support across PCs, networks, CCTV, and business apps.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of Entra ID, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, contributing to secure and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with network connectivity, routing and wireless access.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and TISAX compliance.
• Experience with CCTV and access control systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID and user access management.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network connectivity and IT infrastructure.
• Manage IT assets, hardware, software, and user access via Microsoft Entra ID.
• Support ISO 27001 and TISAX compliance and certification activities.
• Provide daily technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, networks, CCTV, operating systems, Outlook, business applications and other IT-related issues.
• Support IT requirements for new business projects and initiatives.
