Job summary

Luminarix Sdn Bhd, a Malaysia-based PSP, is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee IT operations, cloud services (Azure, Microsoft 365), network, security, and end-user support. You will manage budgets, vendors, and IT projects while growing the internal IT team.

Responsibilities include leading Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, VPN and network configurations, website hosting management, and implementing security best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 2+ years in IT management or senior role.
• Must-have extensive hands-on expertise in administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure.
• Experience with network hardware and VPN configurations; strong troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with website hosting, DNS, SSL, and Cloudflare.
• Budgeting, vendor negotiations, and IT compliance responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud services, network operations, cybersecurity, and end-user support.
• Lead IT projects and mentor the internal IT team.
• Manage Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure deployments.
• Administer VPN, firewall rules, and network security measures.
• Govern domain registrars, hosting, DNS, and SaaS integrations.
• Establish SLAs, document SOPs, and optimize IT operations.
