Job summary

Infotanic Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur invites fresh graduates to join our IT support team as an IT Technician. You will provide basic IT support to staff, install and maintain computers, printers and network devices, and help with software updates and user accounts.

You should have a Diploma in IT or related field, basic hardware/software knowledge, and good communication. This role offers training and a path to develop practical IT skills within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Certificate/Diploma in IT or related field.
Basic knowledge of hardware, software and networking.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills and responsible attitude.

Responsibilities

Provide basic IT support to staff and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, network devices and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot basic network, internet and system problems.
Perform routine maintenance and ensure IT equipment is in good working condition.
Assist with software installation, updates and user account setup.
Maintain records of IT equipment and provide technical support when required.
Assist with other IT-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
