Job summary

Netforge Solution Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Shift Technician to manage the delivery of server orders and provide after-sales maintenance to customers, ensuring timely and accurate information.

You will diagnose hardware, software, server, and network issues, collect and analyze customer problems, and work across rotating shifts on site at Sunway Velocity. Mandarin fluency is required, with Windows expertise and basic Linux/database knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT or a related field required.
• Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Proficient in Windows, with basic knowledge of Linux and databases.

• Understand the configuration and maintenance of network switches, routing devices and security products.
• 理解网络交换机、路由设备和安全产品的配置和维护。
• Able to work in rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
• 能够接受三班轮值工作：早班、午班和晚班。

Shift Schedule

Morning Shift: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Afternoon Shift: 1 p.m. – 10 p.m.

Night Shift: 10 p.m. – 8 a.m. (next day)

Off Days

Morning & Afternoon Shifts: 6 off days per month

Night Shift: 15 off days per month
