Job summary

Netwitz Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic Internship Student to support the technical support team in daily IT operations. You will gain hands-on experience with IT troubleshooting, ticketing, and NOC/SOC SLA monitoring in a real-world production environment.

The role involves handling tickets, monitoring dashboards, reporting SLA status, and potential sponsorship for official IT training courses. Internship allowances are provided, with opportunities for further certification.

Qualifications

Requires pursuing or holding a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Candidate must be able to operate Linux commands and upload training/course completion proofs.

Responsibilities

Assist the support team with basic troubleshooting of system, network, and application issues.
Log, update, and track issues using the ticketing system.
Monitor NOC/SOC dashboards and service alerts to ensure performance.
Track and report SLA compliance and incident status.
Escalate issues to relevant teams when required.
Assist in documentation and operational reporting.
Perform other support-related tasks as assigned.
