Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a motivated candidate to provide first-level IT support for hardware, software and system-related issues across the organization. You will assist with setting up and maintaining laptops, desktops, printers and other IT equipment, while addressing basic connectivity and network problems.

The role involves user account provisioning, IT asset management, software installation and routine system maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware, software and system-related issues.
• Assist with setting up and maintaining laptops, desktops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic technical, connectivity and network issues.
• Assist with user account creation, system access and password-related requests.
• Support IT asset management, including equipment records, tagging and inventory checks.
• Assist in software installation, updates and routine system maintenance.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for repairs, maintenance and technical support when required.
• Assist with IT documentation, reports and tracking of support requests.
• Support IT projects, digitalisation initiatives and system implementation.
• Learn and explore new technologies that can improve workplace efficiency.
• Perform other IT-related tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor.
