Responsibilities

• IT Support (70%): Provide first-level IT support to internal users, troubleshoot hardware, software, laptops, desktops, and Office issues, resolve issues remotely and provide on-site support, coordinate with external vendors for escalation
• Project Implementation Support (30%): Perform data cleansing, data entry, validation, and migration activities, support system integration and implementation initiatives, collaborate with vendors and stakeholders, assist with testing and user support, ensure successful rollout and stabilization

Employment Type:6 months contract with PERSOL

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
