Job summary

JOS Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Business Development Executive to support client relationships and service growth within IT services and maintenance. The role collaborates with the sales and service teams to prepare proposals and coordinate service delivery while ensuring contract compliance and timely reporting.

The position focuses on client-facing activities, with opportunities for career progression and exposure to a wide range of industries served by JOS Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Support preparation of proposals, quotations, and presentations for service opportunities.
• Act as a supporting contact point for clients, escalating issues where required.
• Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for expanding service offerings.
• Ensure smooth execution of service projects as per Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Liaise with internal teams to coordinate resources, track progress, and resolve client issues.
• Monitor adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Support execution of service contracts, agreements, and renewals.
• Maintain proper documentation of contracts, service records, and communications.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Support financial tracking of service projects, including billing coordination.
• Assist in cost monitoring and reporting.
• Prepare periodic service and business development performance reports.
• Proactively flag potential issues in service delivery or client satisfaction.
• Provide recommendations for resolution and elevate to management as needed.
