Job summary

Boston Scientific Gruppe is seeking a Senior Process Enablement Analyst for APAC Supply Chain, onsite in Penang, Malaysia. You will own end-to-end system requirements, translate regional processes into scalable workflows, and lead UAT and rollout readiness across multiple countries.

You will collaborate with IT, Process Excellence and vendors, define product backlog, and ensure governance and data integrity while driving continuous improvement in system solutions and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in information systems, business, supply chain, engineering or operations management.
• MBA or Agile/Product certification a plus.
• 7-10 years in product ownership, business process solutioning, or operational transformation.
• Strong understanding of OTC, inventory, or workflow-driven processes.
• Experience translating processes into scalable system solutions.

Senior Process Enablement Analyst, APAC Supply Chain

Purpose Statement

The Senior Process Enablement Analyst is responsible for end-to-end ownership of system requirement definition and delivery for assigned product areas across regional digital platforms and systems. This role drives translation of business processes into scalable system solutions, ensures delivery quality across design, build, testing, and rollout, and acts as the primary owner for solution outcomes across countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution behavior for assigned regional business processes, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and harmonization goals.
• Translate regional business processes into scalable system workflows, business rules, validations, integrations, and operational controls.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, country requirements, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.
• Partner with Process Excellence Analysts, IT teams, and vendors to ensure operational processes are accurately reflected in system behavior and user workflows.
• Drive clarity on master data dependencies, transactional flows, operational controls, and integration behavior across end-to-end processes.
• Review and approve Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), UI/UX designs, and solution proposals, ensuring alignment with business intent and long-term system sustainability.
• Drive clarity on workflow logic, master data dependencies, integrations, and end-to-end operational behavior.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business validation, defect prioritization, and sign-off readiness for assigned scope.
• Support user demos, walkthroughs, and training preparation as required.
• Proactively manage system risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and rollout readiness.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with governance, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of product quality, operational effectiveness, and user experience.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or Agile/Product certification is a plus.
• 7-10 years of experience in product ownership, business process solutioning, or operational transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC), inventory management, consignment, or workflow-driven operational processes.
• Proven ability to translate business processes into scalable system workflows, business rules, validations, and operational solutions.
• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex business scenarios into scalable system solutions.
• Solid understanding of SAP process flows and master data structures (e.g. customer, product, pricing, inventory).
• Experience with SAP-integrated systems or enterprise digital platforms supporting order, inventory, pricing, billing, or workflow-driven processes.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to bridge business, IT, and vendor teams.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
