Job summary

You will design and operate PMO structures, track performance and benefits, and lead engagements with major clients while developing your leadership capability within EY's diverse, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree and 8+ years of experience in a leading management consultancy.
• Experience in strategy formulation, planning, organization design, and process improvement.
• Experience evaluating operating models and designing initiatives to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ requirements and objectives to ensure timely implementation.
• Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client’s business.
• Engage clients regularly to identify progress, issues and risks during implementation.
• Support clients with successful delivery of programs, driving growth.
• Lead complex capital programs across lifecycle from concept to operational readiness.
• Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and strong business acumen.
• Lead client engagements and consistently deliver quality client services.
